Villa for renovation a few steps from the walls of Lucca

Located a short distance from the center of Lucca, this historic villa, dating back to the first half of the twentieth century, is surrounded by a large private garden of 4000 square meters, offering a corner of green and tranquility in a convenient and well served location.

The interior of the villa, characterized by 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is developed in large and bright spaces, but needs renovation work, thus offering the possibility to customize the rooms to your liking.

The property lends itself to different solutions: it can be transformed into two or more apartments, or used as offices, as needed. An interesting proposal for those looking for an exclusive home or a renovation project in one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany.
